Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and due to capacity at our reception venue. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

What about kids?

For our out of town guests with young kids, we are working on some babysitting options. Stay tuned!

What should we wear?

Cocktail attire. Our ceremony will take place in a church so consider bringing a light sweater if you get cold.

Our cocktail hour and reception is in a covered pavilion and barn. There will be large ceiling fans to keep everyone cool but there is no AC so please plan accordingly for a summer Maryland night in July.

And make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

What airport should we fly into?

We recommend BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport.

What hotel should we book?

We have a wedding discount rate through the Residence Inn Hunt Valley (45 Schilling Road Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031). See our Accommodations page for more information.

Are there shuttles or transportation?

Shuttle transportation to the reception at Pond View Farm will be provided from the Residence Inn Hunt Valley beginning at 4pm and 4:15pm. (Yellow air-conditioned school buses will be in front of the hotel lobby doors.) See our Accommodations page for more information.
