Hotel: Residence Inn Hunt Valley

When you book with the wedding guest room rate, you will receive 15% off of the best available rate at the time of booking. There is complimentary breakfast, wifi and a choice of a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom suite. All suites include a kitchen with full size appliances and a pull out sofa bed. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor fire pit and patio with grills.

Shuttle Transportation: to the Reception
After the ceremony, shuttle transportation will be provided to the reception with a pickup spot at the hotel.
Beginning at 4pm and 4:15pm, yellow school buses with AC will be in front of the hotel lobby doors of the Residence Inn Hunt Valley and will transport guests to cocktail hour and the reception at Pond View Farm.
Then transportation will be provided back to the hotel at 8:45pm and 10pm.
Airport: BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport
For our out of town guests that are flying, we recommend BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. It is a 30 – 40 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.
